Refunds & Returns
ParaBox accepts returns and offers refunds in accordance to statutory rights set by Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
If you decide after receiving the product that it isn’t for you, you can send it back to us in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days and we will issue with a refund. Please note that seals cannot be broken for us to accept this return. We will also not cover postage costs for this return. This offer does not apply to sale items.
If you received a faulty or damaged good, please send us a photo of the damaged item, then package it up and send it back to us. We will either refund you for the full amount and postage costs or just refund you the postage cost and send you a replacement.
