WHY WASN'T THERE A RECEIPT/INVOICE IN WITH MY ORDER?

In order to save paper and money we prefer sending our receipts electronically. You are welcome to print this out at your own convenience. If you’ve lost the email and have an account with us, just log in and you can access all your previous orders.
